SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours once an order is placed + paid. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Please be aware that KSM Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, the buyer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). KSM Candle Co. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. Please check the given tracking information should you have any questions.

RETURN POLICY

We are not offering returns at this time, but I do want you to love your purchase! Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact me at info@ksmcandleco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. I'm more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us, but please be conscious of the nature of our products.

If a return is accepted: There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

Curbside pick-up orders: We will hold orders for up to 30 days, if a pick up has not occurred, the order will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. There will be no returns on any items no longer carried in store. 

PAYMENT METHOD

ONLINE: Currently, we accept all major credit cards + PayPal.

We do not accept payment after shipment, mailed checks or cash.

IN STORE: Currently, we accept all major credit cards + Apple Pay + Google Pay
